CHRISTEN HOFFMAN
Me, in a nutshell
My journey weaves in and out of human empathy and compassion. As a gal who focused on psychology in academia, I always find myself gravitating to opportunities to study human behavior. I devoted time to domestic violence shelters, crisis hotlines, and other social work efforts until I was eventually led to Industrial/Organizational Psychology (the study of human behavior in the workplace). I was able to personally relate to the cases and theories I studied in I/O Psychology and pursued roles that would allow me more exploration.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to hold roles in Business Analytics, Communications, User Experience, and Change Management. While I have enjoyed every step of my career path, I feel that my combined experience makes me a unique contributor to any workplace.
