Workplace Transition
The organization's executive team set a goal to change the way their employees work together. As the lead on the project, I was provided a new facility to shape for this very purpose. I knew I needed buy in and participation from every level of the impacted office. I also knew I needed to uncover each level's mindset about the change and prepare a plan that would address common concerns and facilitate forward progress.

Once I completed an analysis and established a change plan, I hosted focus groups, created polls for design decisions, conducted private sessions to address specific team needs, led tours of the new office site, and provided opportunities to give feedback.

The project demanded constant communication and compassion. In the end, the transition was extremely effortless for the employees. In addition, leadership saw significant increase (over 100%) of collaborative activities.
DIGITAL TRANSITION
Our change management team had a unique opportunity to get involved in a significant security change that would resonate across the employee population. The company was changing their single sign on (SSO) solution and would require employees to perform actions on unfamiliar interfaces.

In reaction to this known change, we swiftly began an effort to research what the user community might need to make this change successful. The results informed us that product education, ongoing communication, and accessible support materials were the key to completing this transition.
