I recognized that creating flawless designs doesn't always lead to a successful solution deployment. When people are involved, those impacted people need just as much consideration as the quality of deliverable solution. With this in mind, I added another service to the user experience team devoted to change management.
USER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

This role originated from an idea I proposed to a company executive. What if we could change technology adoption by improving the way we collaborate with users? From there, I developed a high performing team of researchers and designers and executed a strategy to build effective user experience for over thirty significant initiatives.
CULTURAL CHANGE LEADER
January 2015 - December 2015
The goal of this project was to create an innovative, tech-forward, and highly collaborative work space that would change the way employees interacted. I prepared the vision, led the construction and design, and managed the employee transition to the new space. The project was valued at over $10 million dollars, relied on over 50 subcontractors, and impacted hundreds of corporate employees.

June 2012 - December 2014
The role facilitates process design changes through digital solutions. During my time in this role, I worked with business personnel to understand current state procedures and challenges. Based on my understanding, new requirements were outlined to build tech solutions that would solve the business issues. This role relied heavily on being a strong liaison between operations and technical partners.
